Facilitator-Led Training Designs

This section showcases my ability to design facilitator-led training experiences across different contexts and delivery formats. Each design demonstrates structured learning objectives, authentic assessments, and opportunities for active learner engagement.

To highlight my versatility, I’ve featured two distinct training packages: one developed for a corporate audience using Notion, and another created for higher education in PDF format.

Digital Supply Chains Training (Corporate Focus)

Overview

A 90-minute training session designed for supply chain and operations professionals. Participants explore how Artificial Intelligence (AI), the Internet of Things (IoT), and Blockchain can be applied to improve efficiency, transparency, and resilience.

Design Features

  • Real-world example (Walmart blockchain traceability).

  • Applied scenarios on AI demand forecasting and blockchain recall management.

  • Peer collaboration with structured feedback.

  • A final mini-plan where participants design a digital improvement strategy for their workplace.

Format

Delivered as an interactive Notion package, the training includes a facilitator guide, participant handbook, and assessment tools.

Total Physical Response Training (Higher Education Focus)

Overview

A 90-minute training session designed for teacher candidates preparing to support English Language Learners. Using the Total Physical Response (TPR) method, participants practice combining physical movement with vocabulary instruction to build comprehension for non-verbal or minimally proficient students.

Design Features

  • Six structured mini-sessions (introduction, video demonstration, practice, vocabulary selection, peer feedback, and lesson design).

  • Interactive practice through peer-led activities.

  • Performance-based assessments using checklists, reflections, and peer feedback forms.

Format

Delivered as a PDF package, the training includes a facilitator guide, participant handbook, and assessment tools, along with demonstration materials.

Applications Across Industries

The training sessions I design are intentionally versatile, allowing them to be applied across a wide range of industries. While the featured work samples highlight corporate training (Digital Supply Chains) and higher education (Total Physical Response), the same design principles extend into other professional contexts.

A woman in a beige blazer shaking hands with an older woman in a blue shirt in a classroom setting, with students seated at desks watching.
A man in a blue suit holding a smartphone during a meeting with other people sitting at the conference table.
A group of healthcare professionals, mostly women, sitting at a conference or training session, smiling and taking notes.

Higher Education: Faculty development sessions, instructional workshops, TA training

Business: Customer service training, onboarding, communication workshops

Healthcare: Procedure briefings, patient interaction training, safety protocol refreshers

By combining clear objectives, authentic learner practice, and outcome-driven assessments, each design can be adapted to meet the unique needs of any professional environment.
